Before you reserve a seat
When can I use it?
November 2026. Reserving now saves your card through Stripe and locks in the founding price. Nothing's charged before launch.
What am I charged, and when?
Nothing today. At launch your 14-day trial starts, and the first charge comes 14 days after that. Cancel before then and you don't pay a penny. There's no free plan beyond the trial, and no card needed to start one at launch.
After that first payment you've got 30 days to ask for all of it back, no questions. Cancel any time and you won't be billed again. The refund policy has the detail.
Do I need Stripe?
For launch, yes. Stripe's the rail the tracking and commission sync are built on, which is why setup takes 15 minutes. Paddle and Chargebee are next.
Who pays my affiliates, and who handles their tax forms?
You do, from your own PayPal, Wise or Payoneer account. We work out what's owed and trigger the payment with your credentials; we never hold the money, so you stay the payer of record. We collect and store W-8 and W-9 details and export them for your accountant.
Can I move from another affiliate tool?
Yes. Import affiliates and balances by CSV, and our tracking script reads the referral parameters other tools use, so links your affiliates have already published keep converting.
